Face Your Giants

A giant can be anything that stands between you and your biggest success. For years, I dealt with the fear of rejection, something that was developed in me when I was really young. This fear caused me to spend a lot of time alone and in my own head instead of going out and experiencing life with my friends. The only difference between then and now is that I decided to face my giant head on and live through the challenge of it.

At first, facing your giant can be a scary thing, especially when you've been living with it for a while. I'll tell you right now, STOP FEEDING IT. Every time you talk about how big the problem is, it gets bigger and you get smaller! Instead, speak the opposite of what your giant is and look for every opportunity to show how small it really is by stepping up and facing it.

Once you know that your giant is only as big as you make it, you have the power to take it down. Everyone can face and defeat their giants, choose not to be stopped, blocked, or oppressed by them anymore.
